This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through the BelleviaLab online store.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable European Union consumer protection rules, including the consumer’s right of withdrawal for online purchases.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction where EU consumer protection rules apply, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.

If your order is delivered in several parts, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order.

2. Returning the Product

Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

The product should be returned, where possible:

In its original packaging
With all accessories, gifts, seals, labels and documentation included
Without signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product
Properly protected for transport

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, BelleviaLab may refuse returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.

This may include, where applicable:

Cosmetics
Skincare products
Beauty products
Personal care products
Products with a broken hygiene or safety seal
Products that have come into direct contact with skin, hair, mucous membranes or intimate areas

Unless the product is faulty or not as described, we may also refuse returns of:

Personalised or made-to-order products
Products that deteriorate or expire quickly
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or incorrect storage by the customer
Products returned without essential packaging, seals, labels, accessories or components where this affects hygiene, safety or inspection

This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you return a product because you have changed your mind or exercised your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless BelleviaLab has agreed otherwise.

If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, BelleviaLab will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, BelleviaLab will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, where applicable.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

BelleviaLab may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by BelleviaLab, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Photos or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label, where applicable

Under EU consumer protection rules, products must conform to the sales contract. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Damage During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and product immediately after delivery.

Once we have reviewed the information provided, BelleviaLab will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, new shipment, refund or another remedy available under applicable law.

8. Exchanges

BelleviaLab may offer exchanges for size, variant, colour, fragrance or another product, subject to availability.

If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

Store credit will only be provided where accepted by you. If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you may request a refund to your original payment method.

After receiving your request, BelleviaLab will provide return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidance.

Products sent without prior authorisation or to the wrong address may experience delays in processing.

11. Refusal of Returns

BelleviaLab may refuse a return or apply a reasonable deduction to the refund where:

The product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection
The product has been damaged due to misuse
A sealed hygiene or safety product has been opened
Essential packaging, accessories, gifts, seals, labels or components are missing
There are signs of fraud, abuse or breach of this policy
The request is made outside the applicable legal time limits

This does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.

12. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your mandatory consumer rights under applicable European Union or national consumer protection laws.

If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer protection law, the law that provides greater protection to the consumer will apply.
