If an order is returned to BelleviaLab due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, we may deduct reasonable shipping, return or handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
7. Failed Delivery and Uncollected Parcels
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel at a collection point or return the parcel to us.
It is your responsibility to follow carrier instructions and collect the parcel within the required timeframe.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused or could not be delivered, we may offer one of the following options:
Reshipment of the order, subject to additional shipping costs
Refund of the product price, less reasonable shipping, return and handling costs, where permitted by law
Cancellation of the order
Original shipping costs may not be refundable where delivery failed due to reasons within your control.
8. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

If a parcel is refused, rejected by customs or returned due to unpaid duties, import restrictions or failure to provide required information, we may deduct reasonable shipping, return, customs or handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.

10. Lost Parcels

If the parcel is confirmed as lost and the loss was not caused by incorrect information or failure to collect the parcel, BelleviaLab may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund or another appropriate solution, subject to applicable law and carrier investigation.
11. Incorrect, Missing or Incomplete Orders

12. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate parcels.
If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you may receive separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments unless clearly stated and agreed at checkout.
13. Pre-Orders and Out-of-Stock Items
If an order contains a pre-order item or an item temporarily out of stock, the estimated dispatch or delivery time may be longer.
Where applicable, estimated availability dates will be displayed on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation.
